SolarvTech

Solarvtech has developed a next-generation sandwich-structured building material engineered to redefine how sustainable buildings are designed, manufactured, and deployed. Created as a superior alternative to traditional construction materials, this innovative technology combines lightweight performance, exceptional structural strength, energy generation, and long-term durability into a single integrated solution.

At the core of the innovation is an advanced composite sandwich system that enables the prefabrication of complete roof and façade modules with fully integrated solar technologies. Unlike conventional construction methods that require multiple layers of materials, independent mounting systems, and labor-intensive installation processes, Solarvtech’s solution consolidates structural support, waterproofing, insulation, and solar energy production into one streamlined building component.

The technology integrates photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems directly into the building envelope, transforming roofs and façades into active, energy-generating surfaces. This approach allows buildings to produce clean electricity while also supporting thermal energy applications, increasing overall energy efficiency and reducing dependence on external energy sources.

A breakthrough of the system is the adaptation of high-performance adhesive bonding technology originally developed for the automotive industry. This advanced bonding method revolutionized vehicle manufacturing by replacing many traditional mechanical fastening systems with stronger, lighter, and more reliable adhesive solutions. Solarvtech has successfully transferred this concept into the construction sector, creating a fully sealed and structurally reinforced assembly process that delivers exceptional waterproofing, durability, and long-term reliability.

By eliminating many conventional mounting components and reducing material complexity, the technology lowers production and installation costs by approximately 40–50% compared to traditional building-integrated solar systems. The lightweight modular design also simplifies logistics, accelerates on-site installation, and reduces labor requirements, making large-scale deployment faster and more economically viable.

Another key advantage is longevity. The integrated system is engineered for an operational lifespan of up to 50 years, significantly extending the durability of solar-integrated construction compared to many conventional solutions currently available in the market. The prefabricated manufacturing process additionally ensures higher quality control, precision engineering, and consistent performance across every installation.

The final product is a fully self-supporting, energy-generating construction material manufactured in a factory-controlled environment and delivered ready for rapid assembly on-site. This industrialized approach to sustainable construction improves scalability while minimizing waste, installation errors, and project timelines.

Solarvtech’s technology is designed for a broad range of applications, including residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure projects. In addition to land-based installations, the company also develops floating construction solutions, expanding the potential use of integrated solar architecture into marine and water-based environments. This flexibility allows the technology to adapt to diverse climates, structural requirements, and energy demands worldwide.

By combining advanced materials engineering, renewable energy integration, prefabrication, and automotive-grade bonding technologies, Solarvtech is positioning itself at the forefront of next-generation sustainable construction and integrated energy infrastructure.

Functionality tests of Solar Sandwich at RISE

As part of the Climate-KIC Accelerator program, Solarvtech conducted functionality tests of the Solar Sandwich system at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden (ri.se), Sweden’s official research and certification institute.

During the same program, the company also carried out a Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis in collaboration with students from Chalmers University of Technology, further validating the economic and long-term sustainability potential of the technology.

XShore Electric

XShore AB is a company specializing in building fast utility boats using electrical motors. As a charging alternative to land power and cables, XShore EPower offers the option of solar power charging which can either be mounted on the boat or on land. SolarVision is the proud supplier of this groundbreaking solution.

Active House Project

A small enterprise in Sweden is active in integrating sustainable technologies for homes. It likes to call its new project “active house” as opposed to passive house, as it will produce more energy than it will consume. The surplus may be used in the hybrid car for instance.

FAQ

Is there problems with high temperature with PV modules?

The modules are new innovative type with heat reflective materials eliminating the Efficiency loss in higher temperatures.

Yes, modules could be replaced similary like Ceramic plates.

All pipe and electrical connection will be inside building protected from the Elements outside following failure and disconnection reduction to minimal. Absolutely water-and air-proof construction keep the absorbator clean inside.

All kind of modules; Poly, Mono, Thin Film, Organic

We leave the trees in the Nature to do they are aimed for: Absorb CO2( Carbod dioxide) and produce O2( Oxygene). We shall work active to stop Deforesting!
